Shipping Policy

"A Campfire Memory" preorders are open from March 8th to April 5th. By purchasing any items from our store, you are acknowledging that you are purchasing preorder items, meaning that product fulfillment will not take place until after production is complete. 

Shipping is expected to take place May 2025, but that is subject to change due to possible delays with production. Any available update will be posted on our Twitter (@mabizine).

Digital goods will be distributed once product fulfillment begins, and will be sent to the email provided at check-out. 

 

SHIPPING

All packages will be sent by ChitChats and their partners, and are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Haiti, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan & Yemen.

Packages may be subject to import fees paid by the customer.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will offer returns, refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

- Orders not delivered due to negligence in packing (ie. address on label does not match address from order).
- Orders that are incomplete due to negligence in packing (ie. a missing charm in a bundle).

We will NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

- Orders that arrive damaged due to shipping and handling by the courier.
- Orders that are undelivered due to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is unclaimed or returned to the sender, we will reach out to discuss a second attempt. The buyer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
